Job Title:

- Project Sales Executive

Location**: Delhi, Lucknow, Jaipur, Kolkata

Salary**: ₹50,000 and above (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Description**:
Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Management**: - Oversee the sales process for project-based deals, from lead generation to closing. - Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects. - Prepare and present detailed proposals, contracts, and project plans to clients.
**Government Tenders**: - Identify and monitor relevant government tenders and bidding opportunities. - Prepare and submit competitive bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. - Build and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies.
**Client & Market Knowledge**: - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. - Provide expert advice and insights to clients on project feasibility, design, and implementation. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new project opportunities.
**Collaboration & Coordination**: - Work closely with the architectural and engineering teams to align project specifications with client needs. - Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract terms and project budgets are well-managed. - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote company projects and services

.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and project management within the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of government tender processes and bid preparation. Familiarity with architectural design principles and civil engineering practices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Master’s degree or additional certifications in Project Management or Real Estate. Experience working with large-scale government projects or high-value real estate developments. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, project management software).
