Creating **Marketing Strategies** for **Facebook/ Instagram/**other **Social Media platforms**.
- Develop creative, innovative and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Optimizing & Engaging content to reach a wider audience /customers and creating Brand awareness and recognition (Smooth transitions, some info graphics)
- Perform research on current benchmark trends, competitors and audience preferences
- Expert in creating reels, and captions, & contribute to the team goal.
- Set up and optimize company Facebook/Instagram page to increase the visibility of companies social content.
- Knowing how to run ad campaigns especially retargeting.
- Creating and circulation of internal circulars.
- Coordinating with external PR agencies for Brand promotions.

**Other Requirements**:

- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Should know quick video editing tools - to be used on Instagram
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Keen on learning new skills & open to opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,007.09 per month
