Service Coordinator

Measure the quality effectiveness of service and improve customer satisfaction
- Rapidly acquire data from the field and work proactively to prevent issues going out of control
- Interfacing with multiple internal stakeholders such as R&D, production and logistics to achieve optimum results
- Timely submission of product service related documents to the customer
- Responsible for updating on a daily basis to the sales team for any ongoing issue once any technical issue is observed during after sales service
- Experience with SAP/ERP or CRM system is preferred
- International business’s customer service experience is preferred
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
