**Job description**
- Counseling the HOT leads of Teachers, Professors, Institute Owners, Trainers etc for upskilling courses.
- Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done
- Can develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly **sales targets** and follow up.
- Update and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM
- Team Handling experience will be added advantage
- Enthusiastic and convincing with **B2C sales**experience.
- Institutional sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Minimum 2-4 Years sales experience is required,
- Females preferred
- Team Leading experience preferred
**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary: 1.8 lac to 3.6 lac+ good incentives
- Fixed Salary + Incentives + Mobile and Laptop Allowance
- Flexible working Hours
- Permanent Work from Home option
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
