Business Developement Executive

**As a Business Development Executive**:
- Your primary responsibility will be to familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company and then procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- In this role, you will attend networking events to research and connect with prospective clients while also maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained.
- Other key responsibilities include suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients, crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients, negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices, equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales, reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes, and remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
**To be successful as a Business Development Executive**:
- You should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar field.
- You should also have extensive sales experience, intuitive and insightful personality, particularly regarding human behavior, and ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition, neat, well-groomed appearance, great networking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, resourcefulness, and outstanding research skills are also essential for this role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹504,000.00 per year
