*Position: Marketing Executive*

*Location:* Thapasya, Infopark, Kochi

*Type:* Full-time

*Experience:* 2-3 years in marketing or business development role preferred

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Business Development:*
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales materials to drive revenue growth.

2. *Customer Follow-up and Relationship Management:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Conduct regular follow-up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client retention and loyalty.

3. *Project Handling and Coordination:*
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings, client onboarding processes, and project status updates to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

4. *Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution:*
- Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to promote company products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful client relationships.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹9,351.12 - ₹29,108.91 per month
