**Responsibilities**:
**Must have experience in AR calling & collection for at least 5 to 8 years.**

**Maintains a complete and accurate record of all collection efforts including any corrective arrangements and places notes on the customer’s account in the current system.**

**Make initial contact with delinquent clients**

**Adhere to health and safety standards**

**Ensure cash receipts and incoming and outgoing wires, are recorded on time**

**Meeting or exceeding individual cash targets and call volume as assigned on a monthly & quarterly basis**

**Working with field office personnel and Accounts Receivable Management to identify process deficiencies and implement established best practices**

**Manage/monitor debt recovery of the Collections Department**

**Drive productivity, train and direct work of Collections employees**

**Education: Should be a Graduate**
- No Cab Facility Available.
- Fixed Night Shift - 5:30 pm to 4:30 am
- Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
- Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
