**Key Skills**:

- Experience in AR calling & thorough knowledge about RCM (US Healthcare) Cycle,
- Be able to create Error Parameters based on SOP,
- Be able to conduct RCA /1 Year analysis on monthly audit data & publish the findings,
- Strong Communication Skills
- both verbal & written, to be able to provide Feedback and coaching on monthly quality session for operations teams to share top improvements & preventive actions,
- Be able to conduct one on one connects with the bottom quartile management and
- Flexibility to work in any shift, depending on the shift that Operations Follows.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
