**Job Title: Office Administrator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Effective Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with clients and vendors across national and international borders.
**Tender Participation**: Actively participate in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders. Manage the entire tender process from identification to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
**Document Preparation**: Efficiently prepare various documents including Bill of Quantities (BQ), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and client requirements.
**Client and Vendor Coordination**: Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and vendors through professional communication via mail and phone. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth operations.
**Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes filing, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with national and international clients and vendors.
Experience with tender participation, preferably in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
Proficiency in document preparation, including BQ, PO, and invoices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with common office software and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
