Job Description:Office and Administrative Coordinator.
- Assist in managing the overall functioning of the center
- Written communication with donors and all stakeholders
- Develop funding proposals for fund-raising and social outreach; liaise with donor organizations/donors
- Content management and overseeing monthly Newsletters
- Website management and overlook
- Assist in Staff and Facility Management
- Partly manage the HR process
- Oversee daily administrative activities and clinic operations
- Assist in handling social media sites
- Other responsibilities as and when it arises
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
**Experience**:
- 1 year preferably in a healthcare setup
Skill:
- Has to be fluent in English
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
- Proactive
- Accountability
- Go-getter
Culture:
- Applicant must own his/her work
- Precision and diligence is prerequisite
- No compromise with our core values
- The position is based in Pune city
- This is a full time position
- Work from Home option is NOT available for this position.
- Work Hours : 6 days a week
- 10 am -6:30 pm
Must have: Strong communication and language with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
