TE Connectivity’s Technical Engineering Support Teams analyze, test and assist in research for the development of products and processes. Team members may specialize in quality control or assurance, chemical manufacturing processes, metals, electrical connectors and components, process development, materials, and/or instrumentation. They may also handle calibration, displays, network control, mold development and audiovisual work or environmental health and safety. The Technical Engineering Support Teams are responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. They plan, prioritize, and manage multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. They evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. At times, they may work directly with customers to understand needs, gather customer requirements, identify resources and assess project risks. They create, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication, for non-technical and technical users.

**Job Requirement**:
**Main job scope**
- Owns PDMLink compliance evaluation role
- Has good understanding of TE product compliance process and IT tools
- Provides guidance to engineers on EBOM, TSSM, Type A parts and so on
- Works with engineers to ensure NEBOM accuracy and completion
- Provides guidance to engineers on compliance process flow as to NEBOM creation
- Works as gate keeper to ensure NEBOM completion and compliance status checked before new part release
- Owns and improves NEBOM metrics, mainly include NEBOM completion and NEBOM automatic compliance at go to production.
- Provides metrics reports as directed

**Qualifications/required experience**
- Bachelor degree, Engineering backaground preferred
- 3-5 years working experience in engineering field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in PDMLink, SAPS
- Working experience dealing with regulations such as EU REACH and ROHS
- Good verbal and written communication skills with proven successes in collaboration and teamwork
- Experience in leading process development, implementation, improvement and change management.

**Additional Skills Preferred**
- Highly organized, self motivated, ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results
- Good experience with Microsoft outlook, teams, excel, sharepoint, powerpoint and so on
- Highly collaborative, open-minded and able to work with and influence others without having direct authority
