**Job Purpose**:
**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all corporate laws for private companies including Companies Act and RBI regulations.
- Support for all secretarial functions including drafting minutes, agenda, notices etc. of meetings, minutes, e-filing of documents, maintaining and updating all statutory books, registers, records, all filings of forms, returns, documents and ensure all related compliances.
- Monitor changes in the legislative and regulatory environment and ensure appropriate dissemination of information and proactive actions to ensure timely compliances and safeguard company interests.
- Implementing and overseeing governance policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders/ departments on governance issues in implementation and monitoring of company policies and regulations.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Drafting, vetting of agreement, negotiations & closing of partnerships
- Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
- Conduct employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with external counsels and vendors.

**Must Skill/experience **
- Demonstrable experience in a compliance and company secretarial role and good knowledge of the fintech and NBFC regulatory environment.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced organization and desire to pursue leading-edge governance standards.
- Experience in adopting processes for simplification or introduction of technology in delivery of automation.
- Brings a digital mindset to the delivery of work.
- Ability to carry out research independently and provide recommendations.
- Organized and able with an acceptable level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good commercial and business acumen.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, attitude, interpersonal skills and focus-oriented.

**Enabling Skill sets and Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in law, Company Secretary or both.
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Preferably working experience in an NBFC would be desirable.
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
