Roles And Responsibilities:
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
Handle follow-up tasks meticulously and ensure timely completion of all assignments.
Manage and organize the MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Excel and Word).
Assist with personal tasks as required by the MD.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff on behalf of the MD.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination across different departments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of shorthand is preferred.
Married, preferably with children.
Reside within a 45-minute commuting distance from Gurgaon, Sector 29.
Demonstrated job stability with a consistent work history.
Honest and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to perform personal tasks for the MD.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
High degree of professionalism and integrity.
