**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Brief **The Admin position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company.. The Duties and responsibilities of our admin includes storage management, organizing events, handling vendors and customers and performing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Multitasking skill is essential for this position.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies, HK supplies & Caffeteria supplies. Keep inventory of stock.
- Building/office maintenance, including maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage House Keeping services, Security services and Cafeteria services.
- Manage travel and accommodation booking requirementsHelp organize events and provide ongoing assistance during events.
- Handle admin vendors and services - CUG, EPBAX, Data card, print, ID card, Bus card, etcTrack and manage AMCs - UPS, AC, etc.
- Maintain all records as per ISO audit requirements and present when needed.
- Admin Petty Cash management.
- CCTV & Fire Drill to be managed and organized.
- Asset management.
- EB bill payment tracking.

**Educational **Bachelor’s degree preferred, but diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience

**Certification **Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.
**Requirement **Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.

**Required Experience **:3+ Years of experience in administrative works

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
