**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Office Administrator** to manage the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing startup. As the Office Administrator at MYFOJO, you will ensure smooth and efficient office operations by handling administrative tasks, supporting staff, and assisting with HR, finance, and logistics. This role requires multitasking, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting a dynamic and innovative team in the software and marketing services space.

You will be a key part of the team, working closely with leadership and all departments to create an efficient and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reorder when necessary.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office-related matters (e.g., internet, utilities, maintenance).
- Coordinate office space planning, including seating arrangements for new employees and office layout adjustments.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and other staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Assist with the organization of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- **Human Resources & Onboarding**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations, providing orientation materials, and coordinating introductions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date (e.g., contracts, leave balances).
- Support the HR team with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings.
- **Financial & Operational Assistance**:

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate documentation of company expenses.
- Help manage company subscriptions, licenses, and other operational tools.
- **IT and Equipment Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that office technology, including laptops, software, and communication tools, are functioning properly.
- Help troubleshoot minor IT issues and coordinate with external IT support for larger technical problems.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that the office complies with health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures and first aid supplies.
- Implement workplace policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- **Communication & Team Support**:

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office-related matters.
- Assist teams with project coordination and administrative needs as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **2+ years** of experience in office administration, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Basic knowledge of finance and bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a startup, tech, or marketing environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of HR practices and payroll systems.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
