**Roles and Responsibility**:
1. Coordinating with the team regularly as all the programs are interlinked.
2. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
3. Maintain a company calendar, day-book, team leave records
4. Bank and market visit as and when required.
5. Answer queries by employees and clients. Payment collection - calls and mails, Invoicing.
6. Coordinating with Office support staff.
7. Keep check
- office amenities and related billing, repair, renewal.
8. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
9. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
10. Maintain and update company databases
12. Arrange travel and accommodations
13. Schedule in-house and external events
14. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
**Who are we looking for -**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college Work experience as admin or in a related field.
- Ability to work proficiently with excel and google workspace.
20k
- 25k monthly (negotiable)
**Compensation**
New Delhi, Safdarjung Enclave
**Location**
In probation for the first 3 months
**Base of Working** entirely from office.
Post probation if performance is found to be satisfactory then 2 days in a week can be availed.
**Days of working **Monday-Friday ( full day)
Saturday
- ( half day)
- We are looking for someone with a commitment for not less than 2-3 years in our organization._
