**Guest Relationship Executive (Only Female)**

**Location**: Viman Nagar, Pune, India

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Community Building**:

- Develop and execute strategies to foster a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Organize and promote community events, workshops, and activities to encourage interaction and engagement among residents.

Act as a liaison between residents and management, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the coordination of resident move-ins, move-outs, and room assignments.
- Maintain accurate resident databases and update relevant information as needed.

**3. Communication and Oratory Skills**:

- Utilize strong oratory skills to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Craft engaging written content for newsletters, social media posts, and community announcements.
- Conduct informative orientations and tours for prospective residents, showcasing the unique features of our coliving spaces.

**4. Sales and Marketing Support**:

- Promote available units and attract new residents.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to drive occupancy and community engagement.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to facilitate the leasing process and maintain high occupancy rates.

**5. Basic Accounting and Financial Management**:

- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as processing rental payments, issuing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Monitor budgetary allocations for community events and initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and oratory skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and experience in customer service or sales support roles is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating impactful community experiences.
