About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Business Development Executive in the recruitment industry.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in lead generation and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 7 - 10 per week
