Sales Coach

Responsibilities:
- Provide sales coaching and training to our sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales training programs and materials
- Assess the training needs of our sales team and provide customized coaching
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with sales representatives to help them improve their skills and performance
- Provide feedback on sales representative performance and suggest ways to improve
- Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales coaching and training
- Proven track record of success in coaching sales representatives to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
