**Job Title: Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop customized solutions and address customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and facilitate ongoing communication.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Preferably from educational sector background.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with sales software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a customer-focused mindset.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
