- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other staff members, clients, and external contacts.
- Prepare and respond to routine correspondence, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.

3. **Travel Arrangements**:

- Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

4. **Meeting Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documentation.

5. **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

6. **Office Management**:

- Oversee general office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and liaise with relevant vendors.

7. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of information.

8. **Gatekeeping**:

- Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, directing them appropriately.
- Manage the flow of information to and from the Managing Director's office.

9. **Project Assistance**:

- Assist with special projects, research, and other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

10. **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the smooth execution of tasks and projects.

11. **Time Management**:

- Help the Managing Director manage their time effectively, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

12. **Problem Solving**:

- Address routine issues and solve problems independently, escalating more complex matters when necessary.
