We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have recently completed their ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification to join our team as Technical Trainees. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for ITI graduates to gain hands-on experience and valuable skills in a dynamic work environment. As a Technical Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your technical abilities and lay the foundation for a successful career in your chosen field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in training programs designed to enhance technical skills and knowledge in your specific trade (e.g., electrician, fitter, welder, machinist, etc.).
- Assist experienced technicians and engineers in performing routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Learn and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Gain familiarity with tools, equipment, and machinery commonly used in your trade and follow proper usage and handling protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and inventory documentation.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and mentors and seek clarification when needed to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage and handling of materials and tools.
- Actively participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of ITI certification in a relevant trade from a recognized institute.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and principles related to your trade.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors and mentors.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and adapt to changing work requirements.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for pursuing a career in the technical field.
- Willingness to undergo additional training and certification as required by the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
