IT Sales Executive

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for an Information Technology Sales Manager (Software). As an IT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing HackerKernel's software sales in India. You will be in charge of increasing market penetration, achieving sales targets, managing accounts, and developing relationships with customers. You will work closely with the development team, collaborating on customer requirements and proposals, and negotiating contracts.
**Role & responsibilities**:
- onducting thorough research on industry trends, market segments, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Analyzing customer needs and preferences to tailor products or services accordingly.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Utilizing online platforms and social media to connect with professionals and organizations in the industry.
- Call and face-to-face visits with prospective, new, and present customers to assist new business.
- Actively engaging in the sales process to acquire new customers and clients.
- Conducting sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Implementing strategies to retain existing customers and enhance their loyalty.
- Seeking feedback from customers and addressing their concerns to improve overall satisfaction.
- Providing educational content and resources to customers to enhance their understanding of services.
- Offering workship, webinars, or trainings sessions to demonstrate the value of the companys offerings.
**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in ERP CRM sales/ Software sales /IT Sales (Direct sales) in corporate.
Hands on experience in prearranging and giving power point presentation. Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal) with Highly Profession approach
- Self driven personality with can do it attitude.
- Can work under pressure. Always ready to achieve next level of targets.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
