IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within government departments, educational institutions, and PSUs.
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- **Liaison and Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in government departments, PSUs, and institutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government and institutional clients, handling inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with the regulatory and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing of government sales orders and compliance with all relevant policies.
- **Company Representation**:
- Represent the company at relevant government meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to build visibility and trust within the sector.
- Effectively communicate company values, product offerings, and service standards to prospective clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Gather and provide feedback on market trends, government policies, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- **Tender and Compliance Management**:
- Manage tender processes, including submission of proposals, adherence to documentation, and compliance with government requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in government sales, institutional sales, or PSU sales within the computer hardware sector.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent understanding of government procurement processes, tendering, and liaison.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
