Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Open to travel as required)

**About the Company**
LIECL is a leading manufacturer of water treatment solutions and premium packaged drinking water. We specialize in water treatment plants, including Multi-Grade Filters (MGF), Activated Carbon Filters (ACF), and membrane systems. Additionally, we market packaged drinking water under the brands _Green Health_ and _Royal Challenge_, along with customizable bottled water solutions.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for motivated Marketing Executives to drive sales and increase brand presence across Madhya Pradesh and beyond.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Market Research & Strategy**
- Identify potential customers and markets for water treatment plants and packaged drinking water.
- Analyze industry trends and develop strategies to meet customer needs effectively.
**2. Sales & Lead Generation**
- Promote and sell water treatment plants and packaged drinking water to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through fieldwork, online research, and networking.
- Convert leads into long-term customers by offering tailored solutions.
**3. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Address client inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate deals.
**4. Marketing Activities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns targeting packaged drinking water dealers and distributors.
- Plan and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and seminars to increase brand awareness.
**5. Reporting**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress against targets.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and market dynamics to improve product offerings.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in water treatment or FMCG sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
