**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.

Ultimately, a successful Administrator should be able to ensure our office procedures run smoothly.

1. Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.

2. Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies including stationery, assets, pantry etc.

3. Maintain internal databases

4. Documentation and joining formalities of employee and maintain Visiting card, ID Cards, CUG Card.

5. Follow up and documentation of new joining employees.

6. Employee Asset Management and internal office transportation arrangement.

7. Documentation of broadband, leased line, landline etc.

8. Company website updating and coordination with IT Dept.

9. Fastag maintain, and other payments arrangement.

10. Other work asked by Management.
- Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- At 1 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
- Familiar with Ms office.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
