Reference Data Management Operations is aligned to the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) which is responsible for improving the quality, integrity and reliability of the firm's critical data. The organization's objectives are to explain the path that critical data follows, improve data quality, reduce ambiguity and inconsistent terminology, enhance transparency, rationalize the number of replicated data assets, and improve firm wide
- sharing of information and best practices. The CDO serves as the governing body to create firm wide standards that drive consistent data management practices, develop technologies and processes to support data management processes, partner with lines of business and functional groups to embed data management best practices and capabilities, and ensure sustainability by refining, measuring, and improving the firm's ability to manage data.

Instrument, Pricing & Common Reference Data is part of Reference Data Management Operations, Asset and Wealth Management Organisation. It is a centre of excellence providing a global Instruments and asset pricing Global service to Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Chase Wealth Mgt. Lines of Business of JP Morgan Chase Pvt Ltd.
**Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Drive automation of new and existing processes using data transformation tools like Alteryx, SQL etc
- Build, maintain and enhance Alteryx data transformation workflows. Deploy them to Alteryx Server
- Create and enhance analytics dashboards in Tableau/Qlik along with managing and deploying dashboards to the firm-wide server
- Support ongoing development of Data Analytics framework by partnering with business to identify requirements, bring in new datasets, support new users and train new team members in using the toolset
- Effectively drive teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of experience in program management leading strategic or transformational change, preferably with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology with relevant work experience
- Experience in data transformation tools, such as Alteryx and data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense and enhanced data mining skills using SQL, SAS, Python or other equivalent tools
- Extensive experience in project delivery across multiple streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals
- Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations - with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence
- Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach
