An Accounts Administrator typically manages the daily financial operations within a company, ensuring efficient processing and accuracy of financial transactions. Here's a detailed job description for this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Financial Transactions**: Oversee and manage daily accounts activities including invoicing, processing payments, and tracking expenses.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled regularly with bank statements.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements, and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Manage all accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure timely settlements.
- **Compliance and Audit Support**: Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements; assist in audit preparations and respond to audit queries.
- **Payroll Administration**: Handle the payroll system and ensure accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, and taxes.
- **Financial Software Management**: Utilize financial software for efficient management of all accounting tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in accounting or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software **Tally is a must have skill.**:
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to handle large amounts of data and financial reports.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
