Job Title: Paid Search Ads Executive
Location: Currently, remote work from Bangalore
Experience: 2-4 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implement Paid Search Strategies**: Execute paid search campaigns based on detailed strategies provided by the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- **Campaign Management**: Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and ensure campaigns are targeting the right audience.
- **Ad Creation**: Develop compelling ad copy and creative that aligns with the campaign strategy and objectives.
- **Bid Management**: Monitor and adjust bids to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- **A/B Testing**: Implement and manage A/B tests to optimize ad performance, landing pages, and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spend is within allocated limits while maximizing performance.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in PPC and search engine marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using PPC tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Certifications**: Google Ads certification is a plus.
