**Duties and responsibilities**

leave them spellbound and clamoring for more.
? Lead the charge in identifying target audiences, planning media
campaigns, and conquering the advertising landscape like a true hero.
? Fearlessly compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime to ensure
you get the biggest bang for your advertising buck.
? Work your magic to optimize plans and budgets, conjuring the perfect
media mix to achieve jaw-dropping results.
? Prepare schedules with precision and finesse, adjusting them with
lightning speed when the need arises
? Ensure ads shine with creativity and captivate audiences, making them
click, laugh, and take notice.
? Keep a hawk-eye on costs and ROI, delivering reports that dazzle clients
while building long-lasting relationships that'll last a lifetime..
**Qualifications and Requirements**
? Show off that fancy degree in marketing, strategy, or business
? A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role and in the startup
space.
? Show us your portfolio of successful growth implementations and
interventions
? We need someone with strong analytical skills, like A/B testing, web
