Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Start Date: 6/2/2022

Position Summary: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Payroll and the

Accounting Departments under the guidance of the Payroll Manager and CFO.

Process weekly payroll, including utilizing automated payroll systems
- Export text files for weekly payroll
- Provide support to Payroll Supervisor by resolving questions and problems related to

payroll
- Assist in benefits administration impacting payroll and employees including retirement

plans, health benefits, and workers compensation
- Assist in the compliance of all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws at the

direction of the Payroll Supervisor
- Compile employee checks/pay-stubs and ensure on-time delivery in accordance with

wage and hour provisions
- Input and update employee information regularly
- Process and compile needed weekly and monthly payroll reports including but not limited

to vacation/sick time and benefit reports
- Maintain consistent communication with management to ensure accurate payroll

measures
- Execute the processing of payroll for terminated employees in a timely manner
- Assist Payroll Department with any software conversions and implementations
- Act as the primary company liaison for employee payroll procedure inquiries
- Identify areas for process and/or systems improvement, including potential solutions and

plans to achieve the improvement
- Maintain a clean, safe and unobstructed workspace
- Consistently deliver quality internal and external customer service
- Adhere to the core values and mission statement of MBW at all times
- These duties are not exclusive, and with consideration of the job requirements and

employee’s skills, the job description can be added to or taken away from at the

discretion of the employee’s immediate supervisor

Job Responsibilities, Duties & Essential Functions:Education and Experience:

- Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization skills
- High level knowledge of payroll procedures and compliance
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ensure and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proven ability to work as a team member and independently
- Respond quickly and efficiently to time-sensitive situations
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 3+ years of relevant Payroll experience
- Bilingual, preferred

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
