**Position Summary**:
**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 1+ years as a Salesforce/IT administrator in environments of 50+ users.
- 1+ years' experience supporting Salesforce users.
- Strong experience with basic setup declarative functionality including flow, workflow automation, process builder, validation rules, complex formula fields.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds.
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership.

**Competencies**:

- Excellent customer service/people skills
- Communicate effectively both verbal/written
- Ability to work flexible/ various shifts
- Possess/maintain analytical/problem-solving skills
- Exercises substantial latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
