**Influencer Marketing** for our Social Media Team. Please find further details of the position along with its roles & responsibilities.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage Influencer and Affiliation/Referral partnerships
- Support planning, stargazing and execution of various Influencer campaigns which involves brainstorming, content ideas, influencer screening across categories, communicating and coordinating, timely execution, and maintaining reports
- On-boarding and managing new and existing influencer for various digital and offline campaigns and the day to day Influencer activities-Product/Offer launches and awareness, Contest and Giveaways, Events (offline and online), Store visits, Paid collaborations, Referral codes, International blogger collaborations, etc.
- Track performance of all influencer marketing campaigns
- Keep a track of weekly targets and help the team to achieve the same
- Measurable improvements to perform
- Maintain social media calendar for blogger content
- Stay current with digital media trends and tools
- Manage Referral Marketing via influencer partnerships
- Ensure Influencer acquisitions and retentions via designing various programs and on
- boarding influencers for the same
- Work with other departments (product development, creative, merchandising, operations, and sales, etc.) to ensure goal and strategy alignment

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to stay highly efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Blend of creativity, analytical, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of ownership and appetite for learning
- Proficient in Word, Excel (Moderate to advanced excel experience), Outlook and PowerPoint
- An eye for potential digital creator
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with the wide range of individuals
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
