**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Operate printing machinery for flexible packaging production according to job specifications and quality standards.
- **Setup and Adjustment**: Set up and adjust printing equipment, including ink and plate changes, to ensure optimal print quality and efficiency.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor print quality throughout production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain consistency and meet customer requirements.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues with printing equipment, resolving technical problems to minimize disruptions to production.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

**Requirements**: Minimum 4-5 years of printing operator experience in flexible packaging industry, with a diploma in Printing Technology. Proficiency in operating and maintaining printing equipment, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, commitment to quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
