**Job Description**:
As an Area Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within your designated geographical area. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell the company's products to customers, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers within the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products to existing and potential customers within the assigned area.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Territory Management: Efficiently manage the assigned territory, including route planning, regular visits to clients, and effective coverage of potential markets.
- Product Promotion: Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase product visibility and brand awareness, thus driving demand and sales.
- Order Management: Handle order processing, invoicing, and product delivery logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and accurate sales records, including daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor updates, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Sales Targets and Budgets: Work closely with the sales manager to set achievable sales targets and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Collection and Accounts Management: Monitor payment collection from customers and assist in resolving any account-related issues.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to streamline operations and enhance overall business efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
