**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Requirement Description**:
Support SIDBI in managing the user requirements for**Udyam Assist Portal.**

Interact with various stake holders (**Banks / MFIs / Institutions / Ministry Users etc**) to hand hold them in software operations and usage of Udyam Assist Platform

First level analysis of issues and Triaging faced by website users and inform to respective stakeholders.

Troubleshooting of problems faced.

Generate need-based reports

Upload required data in system form smart excel.

Handhold various users in uploading smart excel in the system

**Skillset / Competency**:
Knowledge of MS Office 2016 and above / Office 365**including hands on experience in MS Excel 2016 and above.**

**Knowledge of handling Excel Macros / write / modify excel macros**.

**Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi,**

**Experience**:
At least 2+ Years relevant experience insupporting**website operations /troubleshooting**
