Job Description:
1.Field Sales:
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with prospective customers to present products or services, address their needs, and negotiate contracts.

Identify and qualify leads through targeted prospecting, cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, pricing structures, and competitive advantages.

Close sales and achieve revenue targets by effectively communicating value propositions and overcoming objections.

2.Field Marketing:
Execute field marketing activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads in assigned territories.

Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional items to targeted locations such as trade shows, exhibitions, and community events.

Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to create opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.

3.Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and foster loyalty.

4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers in face-to-face interactions.

5.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.

6.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role, with a willingness to travel within assigned territories.

7.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

**Experience : Fresher to 3 year**

**Education: Bachelor's degree**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
