Key Responsibilities:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Ensure visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- **Telephone Management**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic information to callers as needed.
- Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address general inquiries from clients and visitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner or escalate them as necessary.
- **Security and Access Control**:
- Monitor access to the building and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of visitors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
