**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Staff Assignment**: Allocate nurses to patients according to skills and availability, ensuring optimal care delivery.
- **Standards Compliance**: Ensure adherence to nursing operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Training and Development**: Design and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Regularly monitor and assess the performance of nursing staff.
- **Coordination of Care**: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- 4-6 years of experience as a Nursing Supervisor or Educator
- Proficient in assigning nursing staff based on skills and patient needs
- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices and standards
- Experience in nursing training and professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
