Position Responsibility summary:
- Monitor nurses doing their assigned work in proper mannerEnsure KPI compliance of all NursesEnsure smooth running of all the Nursing processes and protocols of the programEnsure complete reporting in the system by the Nurses, including visit start, cancellation, update enrolment, consent formsConduct Process training and Pharmacovigilance / Adverse Event ReportingProvide medical training to new nurse joiners.Responsible for performance and compliance management of the Field nursesRegular training of the nursing staff and equipping them as per requirementEnsure all AEs are submitted by the Nurses on timeReconciliation Adverse Event and submit to the Project LeaderProvide training on Clinical SOP’s, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Anaphylaxis managementReview performance post training and feedbackEnsure minimum 60% weekly joint field visit for nurse’s quality checkEnsure the timely delivery of required reportsSample Audit of Rx with respect to AE reportingReview of nursing summary & other work done by nurses & share feedback with Nurses if requiredTo perform CAPA closure of Nursing complaint with project managerPrepare Basic reports of all Audit parameters and sharing with project leadShortlisting Nursing profiles for final round with project lead and managers.Reconciliation of nurses reimbursement (consumables, etc) and ontime submission to Project Lead.
Qualification: GNM/ Bsc Nursing Having experience as Incharge or Supervisor.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
