**Responsibilities**:

- Generate, verify, and process invoices using company tools.
- Print invoices and documents; maintain filing system.
- Enter data accurately; manage records and expenses.
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Provide general office support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office; data entry accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication; prior admin experience a plus.
- Positive attitude and reliability.
