**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Greeting visitors and clients and ensuring their needs are met
- Managing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and events
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files
- Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent in science background; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
