**Experience**:Minimum 2 to 3 years
**Location**:Camac Street Showroom (FULL TIME) (MONDAY TO SATURDAY 10 AM TO 8 PM
**Job Profile / Summary**:
Must have experience in Client Relationship Services
Must be technologically savvy with the mobile, social media & website backend
Must be experienced in using a computer and Microsoft Office
Must have an excellent command in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing), Hindi (Speaking), Bengali (Speaking)
Must be able to adapt and do anything within the workings of the showroom
**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Relationship Services:
Must meet & greet clients with a warm & welcoming attitude.
Must assist them with their inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Social Media & Website Management:
Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics, etc.) for different social media channels.
Curate exquisite videos & graphic content to maintain a consistent brand identity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and traffic to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Monitor and engage with followers' comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Foster and nurture a positive and interactive online community by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.
Stay current with industry trends, social media updates, and emerging platforms to ensure the organization remains innovative and relevant.
Update & maintain the showrooms website backend.
3. Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word for data management and to make quotations and important documents.
Must be tech savvy and able to quickly adapt to new tools & software’s like Photoshop, Rhinoceros.
4. Additional Skills:
Must maintain the showrooms elegant & professional ambiance.
Must assist in the daily workings of the showroom like stock management, display of stock and other day to day activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be presentable with a professional appearance and demeanour
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in Client Services and as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage
**Salary Range**:
As per industry standards **(INR)**
Range - 15000 - 20000 (Depending on the skill set)
