Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and technical support to our customers. You will be a key member of our team, working to ensure that customers have a positive and enjoyable experience with our products and services.
Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information and support. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining customer accounts, updating customer records, and developing customer service strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor customer feedback and suggest actions to improve our products and services.
**Customer Support Executive Requirements**:
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of our products and services
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
