What You'll Do
- Enhance our service offerings, ensuring a top-notch experience for community members.
- Maintain and utilize a comprehensive database for efficient member support.
- Monitor and moderate group chats, fostering a respectful and engaging environment.
- Conduct research to address member requests swiftly and effectively.
- Tackle challenging situations with innovative problem-solving.
- Prioritize exceptional member service, focusing on hospitality and attentiveness.
- Resolve member complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up.
- Uphold communication standards and company policies in all interactions.
- Coordinate and participate in offline events, facilitating connections and member engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with key members for sustained engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for community expansion and partnerships.
- Actively participate in planning and facilitating offline events, enhancing member connections.

Job Criteria & Skills
- A graduate degree preferred; freshers with a curious mindset are welcome.
- Prior experience in Customer Service Operations and Hospitality is a plus.
- Proficient with digital tools like ChatGPT, G-Suite, and other relevant software.

Working Hours

**Regular Office Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.
Flexibility required closer to events, including weekend commitments.

Please Note
This role is predominantly about managing our digital community, but your presence and assistance are also essential for all in-person meetings. This role might not be suitable for you if you are more introverted, as it requires active engagement and interaction with our members.
