Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the field sales team, customers, and internal departments, facilitating effective communication and information exchange.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other required documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-up tasks to ensure optimal use of time and resources.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to the sales team regarding customer inquiries, concerns, and market trends.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant information to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of sales events, exhibitions, and presentations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and generate regular sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
