**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the target market.

Cold call prospects to introduce the company's products/services and generate interest.

Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads.

**Sales Presentations**:
Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of the products/services.

Address client queries and concerns to provide accurate information.

**Relationship Building**:
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service.

Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.

Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback.

**Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide seamless customer experience.

**Sales Analytics and Reporting** :Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

**Product Knowledge** :Stay up-to-date with the company's products/services and industry trends.

Customer Support:Provide post-sales support and assist customers with order-related issues.

Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate effectively with the outside sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve common goals.

Share market feedback and customer insights with the product development and marketing teams.

**Compliance and Ethics**:Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to sales processes and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven inside sales experience or relevant sales experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

**Salary**: ₹25,303.88 - ₹30,142.19 per month
