**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the welding institute's programs and services
- Should have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools
- Will be responsible for tie-up with companies for providing training certifications
- Alliance and collaboration with companies to fulfill their training needs
- Coordinate with companies for the placement of welders
- Conduct market research and competitors analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the welding education sector
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications or related field
- Proven experience in Marketing, preferably within the education or technical sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO SEM and social media advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey technical information clearly
- Creative mindset with strong skills in content creation and storytelling
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decision
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
