Sales Executive (Real Estate)

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their needs.
- Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate property features, pricing, and terms.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Promote properties and services to prospective buyers.
- Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager.
- Stay updated with industry developments and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the TN real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tamizhagam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
