Launched in June 2020, branchX is India's first neo-banking solution, enabling empathetic banking for migrant communities. Our vision is to transform the way underbanked communities manage money with a ‘hand-holding grid’ aided by intelligent technologies. Headquartered in Navi-Mumbai, we are a 100+ member impact-driven team with offices in Noida, Bangalore, Kochi, Tamil Nadu, Kolkata and other locations.

**Where do you come into the picture?**

Own the Marketer Charter for branchX and helps to company to increase its visibility and reach our target audience with innovative marketing strategies.

1. Use online and social media marketing to maintain and expand customer base, grow customer following and social media presence, and drive sales using traditional and nontraditional strategies, including in social media

2. Oversee all company website and social media content including newsletters, blogs, articles, and social media posts

3. Learn about, and use, the right platforms to build and maintain a customer base and generate leads

4. Create and manage product launch strategies

5. Promote our company, including social media ads and sponsored posts

6. Establish and manage customer accounts that maximize product usage and retention

7. Establish messaging and branding standards

8. Maintain our presence in customer websites, to increase brand awareness and recognition

9. Promote branchX products’ benefits in customer communications

**Desirables**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 2+ years’ proven experience as a marketing manager or marketing professional
- Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies, budgets, and timelines
- Ability to develop and manage digital marketing tactics
- Strong knowledge of social media, search engine optimization,
